On April 11, Lena — the beloved namesake of Lena’s Lunchbox Dog Bakery — passed away after a brave battle with cancer. I adopted her as a puppy just two weeks before the world shut down, and we spent the heart of the pandemic together while I was living out of state.  Her memory lives on in each treat I bake.
